General Shipping Procedures
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey.
- We ship Monday – Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, nor on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day of receipt. For questions or special shipping needs Contact Us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, in order to receive free return and exchange shipping, see our Return Policy.
- PRE-ORDER items will ship by specified date listed on the product page, and in cart, at time of purchase. You will receive email confirmation(s) as your item(s) ship.
